Prereqs: working on hand-to-hand, pop from straddle bat to star

Beginner: Intro to Standing Acro - Dan
Bases stay upright while fliers climb on their thighs, backs, and shoulders!
Intermediate: Hand Holding Part 2 - Kara & Bryan
Look for stillness, comfort, and control in Hand-to-hand
Prereqs: 10 second foot-to-hand, 10 second handstand against the wall, some experience with low hand-to-hand
Advanced: To Infinity and Beyond - Scott
Use L-Basing to construct standing acro sequences
Prereqs: one year solid AcroYoga practice
Therapeutic: Therapeutic Flying - Brandon
Learn the healing and rejuvenating style of Therapeutic Flying

Take your skills higher by letting your creative juices flow

Start from scratch or push your skills further on the slackline
3:00pm – 4:30pm
Beginner: Transition Time - Tati
Shift your weight and shift your perspective, moving from shape to shape
Intermediate/Advanced: Mo' Flow - Jim
Surprise yourself with a new flow filled with options for more challenges
Prereqs: Solid and steady star (30 sec), side star (15 sec), foot-to-hand (30 sec)
Intermediate/Advanced Therapeutic: Stoke Your Fire - Sarah Y. & Sarah V.
Thai and Fly to rev your body for the most fun summer ever
Prereq: Base and fly shoulderstand, star, and foot to hand; kick into handstand at the wall and hold for 30 seconds
Therapeutic: Thai'ing It All Together - Paul W.
Partner Thai yoga massage for connection and joy
