Intermediate: Moves for Strong Flyers (and bases) - Paula
Eat your Wheaties and come ready to work through classy transitions and flows
Prereqs: 30 second tuck-sit, very comfy in free shoulderstand

Advanced: After Hand-to-hand - Phil
Use pops to move through and around hand-to-hand
Prereqs: working on hand-to-hand, pop from straddle bat to star

9:30am – 11:00am

Session 2

Beginner: Intro to Standing Acro - Dan
Bases stay upright while fliers climb on their thighs, backs, and shoulders!
Prereqs: none

Intermediate: Hand Holding Part 2 Kara & Bryan
Look for stillness, comfort, and control in Hand-to-hand
Prereqs: 10 second foot-to-hand, 10 second handstand against the wall, some experience with low hand-to-hand

Advanced: To Infinity and Beyond - Scott
Use L-Basing to construct standing acro sequences
Prereqs: one year solid AcroYoga practice

Therapeutic: Therapeutic Flying - Brandon
Learn the healing and rejuvenating style of Therapeutic Flying
Prereqs: none

All the side stars!
Prereqs: none

Intermediate: You Got This! - Amy & Eddie
Swap your roles but keep the flow going. Change from base to flyer mid-flow
Prereqs: 6-months acro experience, ability to spot well

Advanced: Creative Flow - Mateo
Take your skills higher by letting your creative juices flow
Prereqs: enough confidence in your skills to safely get creative

Special: Slackline Skills - Shawn
Start from scratch or push your skills further on the slackline
Prereqs: none

3:00pm – 4:30pm

Session 4

Beginner: Transition Time Tati
Shift your weight and shift your perspective, moving from shape to shape
Prereqs: none 

Intermediate/Advanced: Mo' Flow - Jim
Surprise yourself with a new flow filled with options for more challenges
Prereqs: Solid and steady star (30 sec), side star (15 sec), foot-to-hand (30 sec)

Intermediate/Advanced Therapeutic: Stoke Your Fire - Sarah Y. & Sarah V.
Thai and Fly to rev your body for the most fun summer ever
Prereq: Base and fly shoulderstand, star, and foot to hand; kick into handstand at the wall and hold for 30 seconds

Therapeutic: Thai'ing It All Together - Paul W.
Partner Thai yoga massage for connection and joy
Prereqs: none
